Action Learning Sets (4-7 colleagues)

Service Description

Also known as peer coaching or group coaching. Colleagues can bring an issue/focus to be worked on (or can just opt be part of the group). The group collectively decide the focus of the session – one person presents an issue at a time for all to work on. The group support each other to identify practical approached to address the issue/focus. Each session is 2.5 hours and a typical programme involves 3 sessions.
